Suji Aonori has the highest aromantic quality amongst all of the Aonoris (green lavor).

Using this Suji Aonori, we have created fermented seaweed seasoning that has never been seen before.

The ingredients are fresh Suji Aonori, koji made from organic rice, salt from the Goto Islands, Nagasaki, and well water from Rikuzentakata, Iwate.

The subtle aroma of Suji Aonori and its sweetness umami from rice koji reminds us of the mild saltiness of Shoyu (soy sauce).

This Shoyu matches perfectly with sweet ingredients. For example, raw sweet shrimp and cuttlefish is an excellent match.

Since Suji-Aonori is weak at high temperatures, the best way to eat it is to pour the Shoyu after cooked. Treating it like oliveoil could be an easy way to picture it.

Instead of using your ordinary soy sauce, try out the Aonori Shoyu to discover a brand new taste in your daily meal.
